Join Us for Climbing at MetroRock Newburyport!

Climbing fosters communication, trust, and risk-taking in a controlled environment, while boosting self-confidence. Join us at MetroRock, a fun and modern climbing gym in Newburyport, MA, where On Belay participants (ages 8-18) can learn climbing basics or improve their skills if they have previous experience.

During this program, participants will have the chance to connect with peers in a supportive, non-threatening space. We’ll engage in games, get to know each other, climb, boulder, and have fun. There may also be opportunities to learn basic belay techniques and participate in team belays. Our goal is for everyone to leave with new friends, enhanced climbing skills, and a sense of achievement.
